Founded in 2023, Forma Structure Engineering, LLC, is a structural engineering firm based in Austin, Texas. Our mission is to provide detail-oriented, cost-effective, and efficient structural engineering solutions to our clients. The name “Forma” is inspired by it’s meaning of form or shape, which correlates with the founder’s belief that any shape or form of a building can be engineered and built in a timely and efficient construction schedule.

Fidencio Gonzalez , PE
Founding Principal
Fidencio Gonzalez has been designing residential and commercial structures in Austin for over sixteen years.
After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin, he decided to make the city his home. Fidencio enjoys working with clients to develop challenging projects into cost-effective, efficient structures, with a focus on schedule and environmental impact.
Fidencio has a wide range of experience in high-end homes, custom home remodels and additions, adaptive reuse of historic structures, and commercial projects including retail, office/mixed-use, higher education, and high-rise construction.
His past experience includes: Texas Mutual at Mueller, Riata Vista Complex Phase 1, Eye Physicians at Burnet, Rockrose Buildings at Domain, W2W3 at Domain, Third and Shoal Office Tower, and many high-end, custom homes.
Fidencio is a resident of South Austin and enjoys exploring the town with his family. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, participating in community groups, and working on personal construction projects.
